Nope - 350 is really the limit on that turbo. If you go for the 0.86 housing then you may be able to squeeze 370 from the engine (the highest I know of was 400bhp, though this was running a lot of boost and nitrous), but you will have to run about 1.5 bar to do so, with some improvements to the head (such as headwork or differnt camshafts). I think over 350bhp is too high for the standard internals for extended periods of time, though this is open to debate.
Bear in mind that if you go over 350 bhp then the strength of the standard internals is questionable, even if the fuelling is correct etc.
If you go larger on the turbo then you will also need to run bigger injectors, which makes mapping the car much more difficult. At 350bhp I would advise a Walbro 255 pump, with a straight voltage feed, and a 3.8 bar fuel regulator - even with these the standard injectors will max out over 300bhp.
You will also need a decent exhaust to help the whole setup flow well enough.
Most cars on the GT28RS without cams or headwork make around 330 bhp.
I know nothing about the ECU that you mention at all....there are not many on the market that can handle 5 cylinders so be careful which one you choose...
