I have exactly that problem, Rob! It lives about a mile away in a garage and at the weekend I actually took it back to the garage and got back into MrsC's car before I went to the shop, rather than park it in public! So so sad - but if I came back to a door ding, or worse, I think I'd be locked up for metrocide (that's when you kill every single person in the town just to make sure you got the right one!!)

Yup. Same here. Since the full re-spray to Black, it's never left anywhere near supermarkets, retail estate car parks, in fact any car park! It's a pain. But there's so many careless people out there, it only takes one to ruin a perfect finish on your pride and joy.

Mine actually has to go back to the bodyshop at some point, as the rear bumper has been grazed in the one and only time I left the car in a car park.

Don't think I mentioned before - but your car looks like new, in fact I'd say better than out of the showroom.

Great write up, learnt loads and now know what an x members/leg ends are!!
Shame your moving on to other cars but hopefully I will catch you up in a few years with my own TVR!
