before i fit these, was wondering as to what most people would recommend as to how hard i set them?

obviously the fronts are adjustable quite easily, but the rears i frankly dont want to be clambering under the car to adjust once fitted.

oh, for road use !!!!

I would say medium if you wanna comfy ride.
For some spirited driving go medium-hard.
It also depends on springs, arb's you use.
It's all about preference,i personaly like harder suspension.

How do you want the car to behave? Do you have an uprated rear arb? What springs are you using?

I would set the rears as hard as you can on those dampers, and go for medium hard on the front for handling - it will dial out the understeer. If you turn down the front too much it will make the car quite 'bouncy', which I hate personally.

how to behave? predictable ideally, dont want it to snap oversteer or anything, just nice and progressively.

my driving style, i dont really push into corners, prefer to enter slow and accelerate through, not a good idea to enter too fast on public roads, so a setup to suit that would be good

See my previous post then - that should work fine for what you want.
