Today was a fairly productive day, if slightly frustrating day. The list of jobs today was to sort the leaking viscous drive, replace an outer CV boot and fit the bigger brakes on the front.

Viscous drive was fairly easy once it was covered in grease. I didn't do this before which caused it to snag and tear. Cheers to Marco for the grease idea.

Next up was fitting the brakes, this was fairly painless apart from almost rounding a bolt off when removing the brake lines, which result in an hour and a half round trip to halfrauds.

CV, what a pig of a job. Such a pain to remove the CV joint off the driveshaft, but a phone call to sedicirich, barbz and Marco, it was all sorted, thankfully!

With this all fitted, I decided to drive it around the block to make sure there isn't any other issues that need sorting, which there isn't apart from the speedo isn't working and the oil breather needs sorting. The drive was interesting to say the least, spooling by 2500rpm and full boost by 3500rpm, not bad for such a large turbo laugh

Well, been a busy boy, kind of. Since I'm waiting for the post office to open so I can tax the car, I took it around the block, napped a couple of photo's and a quick video.

Today I finally painted the zender front bumper, so instead of being the usual grey, it's now broom yellow, shame it shows up the rest of the bodywork as the colour has massively faded.

Also, managed to grab a quick video. 2nd gear, starting at 2000rpm, boost by 2500rpm, full boost by 3500rpm and then picks up some more after 5000rpm, and I'm only running 0.7bar crazy God know's what 1.5bar is going to be like, a cross between shocked and laugh
