Has only 9800 miles on clock and is toatally original apart from exhaust. Its immaculate in Green with fabric interior. Says its for sale at the right price,around 3.5 k

Tell you though, I'd be worried about 9800 on the clock. Budget for a complete suspension rebuild, engine strip, clean, shells, belts, valve grind (or at least clean and check), new brake pipes etc...
