I might have known this would come up literally just a few days after taking my car off the road. Don't even think I'm going to make the next track day. To much to do, and not enough time to do it!

On the plus side, the car should be sorted when I get her back on the road. Kelv, you might be needed for some techy support over the next few weeks. The boys over at PACE have been quite accomodating though. (plenty instructions etc)

Shame I'm going to miss this, but think it will be better in the long run if I take my time with the car, and do the job(s) right.

Have a good one guys, and drive safe. Sounds like I'm going to miss a belter.

I`ve voted for the 11th/12th weekend and the "find a pub" option (mainly because i`ve had salmonella in the past and I don`t want it again ).

From the information that has been passed on to me by an anonymous ( cheers big dong ) but apparently a close friend of said T.A.B. its akin to "throwing a sausage up a close"

Right guys, looks like the majority would be happy with the weekend of the 11th / 12th and to just head to a pub for lunch. As there are some that won't be able to make it on Saturday, I suggest we have it on Sunday ( 12th July ).

I'm proposing that we meet up at the big car park of House of Sher, just off Junction 20 on the M8 at 9.30am. From there, we'll convoy to the karting place in Cambuslang.

The plan would be pretty much like last time whereby we head up to The Drover's Inn , near Inveranan, for lunch. After lunch we'll go for a drive past Crianlarich and head towards the Duke's pass (A821). Those from the North or East may wish to head east towards Stirling after this.
