Not seen that before - can you get those annoying little parking dents out of the doors using that method?

with how particular coupe owners are I doubt you would be happy with the results you get from such a method \:\)

I'm going to give it a bash on the dented bonnet I have, as it's getting replaced anyway. It has a couple of dimples in it that may respond to this treatment. I'll let you know how effective it is later...........

Do you think that technique would work on this?

Of course it will, but you'll need the trade size can of hairspray and a microwave oven to heat up the panel first ;\)

Well I have ordered a can of air, going to try it on the 205, cheaper than PDR tools.

It only works on certain types of dent/thicknesses of metal. Not bad results if the parameters are "just right" but disappointing if the metal is too thick or the dent too small. Certainly that's been my experience so far.

I've used this method a few times with reasonable results. In fact, by pure coincidence I did this yesterday on the bootlid of my coupe (mam reversed into it). I'd say the dent is about 80% improved and I will live with it for a while, without a respray. So it's saved me a bit of cash.

I use a hairdryer, a maplin airduster (upside down) and a cheap suction cup dent puller I bought for £2.
