Anonymous Unregistered A	i ve recived my 360 front buper from auto ds i looks great but the only problem i have is i had it with mesh & it wont fit with the oil cooler scoop on & i cant do with out this scoop right?so calling all people with this bumper how did u fit it ? or does it fit fine without the mesh,also how do i remove the mesh cause its been fiberglassed to the bumper!! sorry for the essey also i big up auto ds its a fine bumper

Anonymous Unregistered A	Temps are fine I run it with Barnacles widget so im constantly monitoring. Theyve been fine for the last 2 summers and winters so I dont think cooling is an issue. I didnt have to remove the foam ( which I wouldnt advise to do ) or the the air scoops. Have you decided on a number plate yet? Fecking 360 bumpers are too common now there was a time when there was only 5 of us with them here

Undertray still fits - I dont really fancy running without that It is slightly lower ( esp if your coups lowered and running on 17's ) just watch out for speed bumps and pulling out of my driveway everyday!

Anonymous Unregistered A	greencoup, you need sikaflex/tiger seal to stick the skirts to the side of the car, also, i am sure my oppinion doesnt matter but i think zender sides would look best, trust me on this. you have front bumper with soft lines, dont go putting aggressive LE sides on it. Zenders will look best. I have to say that your 360 bumper looks loads better then that yellow one! i think i prefer this bumper on darker cars, really suits your car. Paul R

Difference is though that they are silicone and are therefore better much better as 1 they do not crack as they stay semi flexible and 2 they are water resistant. They are used in bonding body panels as well as being spot welded. When I put a new rear quarter panel on a newish Renault clio I used Tiger seal first and held panel in place with clamps. once clamps were removed you could rock car by the panel.. you would have sworn it had alraedy been spot welded. Is ideal for bodykits. I also used it to stick a rear quarter window in the same clio, the stuff is amazing. When you apply it you will need to have the skirts held in position for overnight duration.. Paul will know better,

Anonymous Unregistered A	@kev, prove it, lets have some pics! @bridges..paul will know better ???? is this a dig? anyway, the sikaflex questions have really been answered.i personnally would use sikaflex, but that is just what i am used to, i am told tiger seal (not steal, my mistake) is the same but i have never used it. All modern windscreens are held in by sikaflex also, when i prepped my bravo for a respray i used sikaflex to stick the skirts on and the arches. Paul R

Anonymous Unregistered A	You wont like this suggestion but when i was working at the bodyshop we just used loads of masking tape, if the shape isnt perfect we have drove the car near a wall or similiar and propped lengths of wood against the side skirt and the wall. You will have to fix the side skirt with self tappers on the underside and in each end into the wings (only do the end ones if totally needed. Also make sure you lightly rub down where the glue will touch the body to make sure it gets a key. As said you do need to leave it for 24hours. where abouts in leicestershire are you? @bridges... ok mate, thats fine, wasnt sure what was ment by it...all ok Paul R

I don't think you need them anyway with this bumper, and It didn't seem to fit with them on. Anonymous Unregistered A	your coupe must be in very good condition, all bright colours are more prone to fading, so you paint is in very goood shape. still good work from Mariusz. Its probably to late now but dont wax the bumer for at least another 2weeks, if you wax it you coat it in a layer that traps the sovents etc in and doesnt let them evapourate, which means the paint wont harden fully. If you have already then dont worry it doesnt make a massive difference. Paul R

Paul R Exactly what I'm doing paul I remember on high octane the DVD Ketzal stirling's MR2 went for a respray and the chap at the sprayers said let the paint breathe for two weeks before waxing. Anonymous Unregistered A	looks very nice pinin as mariusz said i had the holes already drilled for me but its easy job to do this just go slow so the fibre glass does nt split,my pace fmic was fine as it was it cleared the bumper but the oil cooler & the bumper padding i chopped down to fit snug,also the sides of the bumper stuck out slightly so i drilled another 2 holes either side & zip tyed it to the arch lining looks much nicer fit,if u get stuck pm me ill be happy to help
