yesterday at 5am i totaled my coupe, i swerved to miss a deer and spun into the central reservation, luckily no other cars were involved and i walked away with no injuries. i tried to add a picture but dont have the file manager option

I feel your pain, i had the same yesterday about 8pm just without the deer, but i totally understand how gutted you are. good thing your ok to, safe car's these coop's

years ago i swerved round a little rabbit to save it and smacked a kerb, needed a new wheel and tyre.

next time, dont swerve round the animal!

Sorry to hear it, I wrote my old coupe off around 2yrs ago now. I swerved to avoid a lorry cutting across my path and took out a set of traffic lights! It was a horrible experience at the time very stressful but now just a bad memory. Glad you weren't injured good luck with sorting it out.

I remember coming back from my mates pool party at 6 in the morning, going through this narrow country lane, a bagger just run out in front of my UNO turbo, knew I couldn't stop in time so I put my foot down and done the job propperly only thing is the bagger nicked my front number plate!

It could have been worse if you had hit the deer.

Indeed. Deer are tough animals; my dad's totalled not one but *three* ambulances hitting deer, over the years.

Hopefully the insurance won't be too bad.

I nearly hit a deer years ago, my wife was driving behind me and had to swerve to miss me as I had managed to stop but she was in an old beetle.
Sometimes it's better just to hit the poor things, had this with a fox once

I hit a Badger a few weeks ago, luckily I managed to slide the car out of the way so just clipped it. It carried on a little fazed.

My passenger was a little but fazed at going sideways for what he saw as no good reason.

First time I read this I thought you meant a begger! I was in fits

You can't; you need to host the picture somewhere. Doesn't have to be photobucket, but you can't upload from your own pc.

Are you intrested in a shell for it? have a bare blue shell sitting here at the min, would have to be quick though as its off to the crusher soon, comes with bootlid pass door and a slightly dented bonnet so would need paint

Sorry to hear that. My coupe was recently written of due to vandalism. Hope you get it all sorted.

Were abouts are you? might be able to help with delivery, Its a very good straight shell no rust, no accident damage, has only had a rear quater in its life, will have to double check it for damage as it was a friend that striped it, should not have been damaged in any way, bonnet is on there but has some dents, can do front and rear bumpers to (in need of paint)

has rear main and rear side glass, No suspension at all, Could be lifted onto a trailer with 4 people there

Would need to know 100% for sure before sat as its in the way and about to be filled with scrap engines and weighed in

If I might suggest - please please take lots and lots of photos. Even if you aren't in a position to do a write up, photos are very useful and it's not often that we see a coupe down to the shell...
