The club has been negotiating with the organisers, and it looks like we have secured a half hour coupe only track time on Saturday afternoon and half an hour on Sunday morning.
I will confirm this when I get the formal contract from SpaItalia.

I just started reading this thread and wondered about the rules on helmets and passengers? I have racing overalls and helmet/shoes so I'm OK but what about passengers? Do they need helmets? Any restriction on how many passengers? Any minimum age? My (by then) 8 and 11 year old would love to have a ride I'm sure.

To answer DaveG:
Passengers do need helmets on the unrestricted track times, but not for the "Grande Parade" sessions.
I think that only 1 passenger is allowed in the unrestricted sessions and that they have to be 15 years old, but I may have that wrong and will need to find out the position for next year.

I'll be going on the 8am Norfolk Line Dover - Dunkirk ferry Friday morning as I will need to get there early and also to miss the Friday afternoon Brussels ring road fun and games.
Going back it will be the Sunday evening 20:00 one as MCMike and I used this year.

It's showing £44:00 return using http://www.ferrycheap.com/ to book. They may have better deals later on.

on the first page pete suggested a travel/acommodation budget of something around £350, and then depends how much track time you want and how enthusiastic about the track useage you get - i think matt thought he'd spent £800 or something of that order? i'm not going to be doing too much track time so i'm thinking £500 - £750 tops
