He says this is definitely a VIS but I didn't know they ever had the black sills? Anyhow, make a nice daily driver and keep your turbo for the weekends? Bidding is currently at £500. eBay

Yes my old one (now Bocker's car) had black sills, there aren't many pre facelift VIS about and I think I only ever saw one other in the 8 years or so I had my car.
If all else fails read the instructions
