Looks like I will part with my Subaru this weekend for an agreed price of £2500, to that end I am hoping to plough the money straight back into a 20VT coupe. I have been watching the for sale section and pistonheads for a few weeks now and have identified a few possibility, however as always the car you wish is outside your price range. I am therefore gratfully wishing advice (if you have seen the car etc) and offers on a coupe that would suit my needs, which are:

No yellow (sorry)
No major maintenance required (cambelt, clutch, turbo etc), minor jobs acceptable
Mileage not important if it has documentation to prove maintenance.
Standard/modified, happy with either option
Distance not a major issue as I am willing to travel for the right car
Bodywork, presentation important (as I have to explain to wife why I have another)
I would rather spend the full 2.5K on a working coupe than 1.5K on a coupe that requires work (laziness)
Any advice would be appreciated.

Rgds
Craig

add £500 to it and get the plus off here, in the for-sale section - it won't be around long at that price, i'm tempted myself!! rolleyes
