It has a full service history, cambelt and tensioners just changed and is generally in good nick. It's a very tidy car, so considering those jobs will need doing in the future, am i being fair on the price?

Although it's always difficult to tell from photos alone but it does look as if it's in excellent condition so maybe raise the asking price a bit. You can always come down the way but it's rather more difficult to increase the price once it's advertised..........
