Hi, I've just fitted 17" Team Dynamics 100+ 'Jet' alloys to my 2L 20v. It looks brilliant, and handles better, but the ride is, erm - let's say, a bit bumpy on some of the less well looked after roads. And now the roads are full of pot holes, sometimes I feel like my car has wooden wheels! (Ok, I'm exaggerating a bit, but you get my drift...)
I know the coupe has a fairly stiff suspension anyhow, but is there anything I can do to soften the ride up a bit, to compensate for the lower profiles? Can't remember off-hand what the tyre sizes are, but the overall diameter is the same as standard. Are adjustable shocks an option? I seem to remember I had Koni's on my Capri years ago. (Yes I am ashamed...)
If there's nothing I can do, I'll just have to continue avoiding the bumps, or use the A-roads!!
Cheers,
Kevin
