Hi all,i am currently refurbing my engine bay. I was reading through patch and jas cleaning thread the other day and would like to know what stuff was jas useing to clean the engine bay, plus where can i get this from??
Also what stuff should i use to get the black pipes to shine really nice, and where can i get this from also??
I would be gratefull for any advice on the above or in general.
thanks
james. Hi James, For general cleaning of the engine bay I use Meguiars All Purpose cleaner in Meg's own "foaming" spray bottle, with a 25mm dia long-ish bristled brush: Megs APCSpray BottleBrushFor particularly grimey areas a firmer-bristled brush may be better: Firmer BrushFor treating the black pipes, both preserving them and making them all nicely shiny, I use 303 Aerospace Protectant: Aerospace Protectant
She's GONE!
