Generally you should complite all the mods from "stage 1" as "Saint" wrote + stronger head gasket (spesso/cometic) and then you should install the new turbo (your choice), afterwards go for a remap/chip so all components can work together perfectly
i would recommand you to add EGT gauge as well, take in mind that maybe u'll need new clutch if yours slipping and maybe bigger injectors too since the 384cc will be on the top edge with 300hp.
must change the downpipe to bigger inch also since the original one will "choke" your car at around 240-250hp.
of course you can install the turbo first but that will give you an headache without the supporting mods
Who thought that adding an extra 100hp in turbo car will be so expansive :))
