Hello all,
I'm collecting my new 20v Turbo in Sprint Blue tomorrow. She's a "P" reg with full Fiat service history, red, blue & silver keys. Cam-belt replaced & receipts for other major jobs. P6000 all round with 80k miles. I found this site very helpful in the search for the right car with lots of tips on what to look for. Thanks. Maybe I can make it along to a few meets, I'm based in Cheshire.

I dont think anyone has ever said this to a newbie before... Check your oil! Weekly. And welcome to Coupe ownership. (Not that I've got one at the moment)

welcome to the best car forum you'll find. as the others say get to some meets and let us poke around your car. i get boring but you ought to join the club too for £15 - you get loads of discounts and reductions from many places, not least the specialists who work on these cars, and it helps oil the wheels of the club

Please, for the love of all things Holy, do *not* ask that question! Trust me, you'll get this thread locked quicker than tuned 20vt! Have a look through the Basic FAQ section, read one of the one million, seven hundred and fifty two thousands (locked) threads asking the same question.......then you'll understand why that question raises hackles!

Various opinions on this, i personally cant recommend Selenia Racing Oil highly enough, http://www.shop4parts.co.uk/?name=store&op=Details&ProdID=2150&sku=5881 Iv had x2 coupes now, and never had oil pressure problems, even in very very hot weather...

Hi there, welcome to the forum. Really nice bunch on here. Very helpful, regarding the Coop & other things The oil question is probably the most asked question on here ever! Do a bit of searching using the search function..Obviously if youre a serious driver, go fully synthetic at least..
I'm an old git & happy with it,most of the time

I have always found that my cars run lower oil pressure on Silkolene!

I find Silkolene Pro S gives very good oil pressure. It's a cool purple colour too And it tastes nicer.
