I have got a very cheap quote from AA for insurance for a 20VT - £200. The coupe will be a second car and I have limited to 5000 miles. When you fill in the forms online it asks do you have another car etc etc, also what no claims you have - of which I have full.
Anyway - just a bit concerned. Is the NCB attached to the car or the driver???

NCB attached to car, but some companies will mirror for 2nd vehicles. Phone them to check as you don't want to be uninsured!

Just a follow-uo. Vickster was correct in that NCB is attached to car. Still got TFT for my 20VT (limited to 5000 miles per year) for £400. Thats with zero no claims bonus. Not to bad I thought. Full marks to AA.

NCB can only be used on one car, usually, AFAIK.
