After collecting my coop from Joe last week, finally running sweetly and cosmetically having a few scratches sorted, only for literally 5 minutes mind as a jag xj driver decided that reversing into me whilst I waited patiently behind him was a good idea

Consequently i'm now in need of a new front bumper and grill. Fancied something different from the zender, so going for a PIU.

Anyone recommend a grill to make a nice combo with the PIU front bumper?

And if anyones interested in my zender, it's getting fixed and I'll be selling it shortly. Was in immaculate condition pre crunch and it's not been damaged too badly anyway, so will be immaculate again, then drop me a pm otherwise it will be going on the parts for sale thread when it's done!

I think your current grill will look good with the mesh on the PIU. I went for the more expensive mesh (speak to Joe) for my PIU in Black and it looked very nice indeed. Though it did have a standard grill

Thanks Dan - Yea - there were a few that were border line (A little deep into the clear coat layer and possible into the paint layer. So, to preserve your clear coat I only took them so far back - Better safe than sorry and all!!

The honeycombe will look nice if coded the same colour as the mesh, IMO anyway

I know you might don't want to use the Zender grill again

However, I have the PIU front bumper with the Zender grill fitted, you might change your mind and keep the Zender grill

tried a lot of different combos, in the end I went for a mesh that I think worked with the original grill and the piu(I decided that focus lay on the grill and the center hole, not really on the piu´s design)...so I did stainless unpainted in the center, and black alu. on the sides with the LE-grill.
