guys iv had a brain storm idea

what about using a modified can opener? blunt the blade off, then using longer screws and washers extend the mecanisum into the pipe

Because that still costs £155

I used a cheap pair of mullgrips
a washer
and a £1 exhaust bracket.

job done.

I will get the pics up tonight as I re-routing one of the pipes tonight so will have them off for pics.

Marco, when do you want the pipes mate?

you could take it to any machine shop or exhaust place and they could wack a few spot welds on it for you!!

Very cheap and chearful with excellent results.

You can still see the flat pipe on the floor in one of the pictures.

The pictures really don't do any justice to the beads which are much bigger than they loko in the pictures,

if i'd of had a vice, i would have postioned the mulgrips in the vice with the exhaust bracket welded to the mulgrips then used a pipe to lever the arm of the mulgrips as this would have been much easier and more defined.

what do people think of my version of the £5 beader?
