Just fitted a set of yellow stuff pads to the front. COOL, what a differance and I have yet to bed them in.. Mind you I have a little trouble fitting them The overall length seemed a tad to long, had to fettled a little of each end. I guess its all the crap that has built up over the years.. Can't wait to use them in anger at Combe in June..

How are they on the road? I really need to do my brakes, but I think the yellow stuff would be too much for me, I never do trackdays etc, but do occasionally give my brakes a battering on the road.
I think I'm looking for a step up from standard pads but nothing that needs a lot of heat to work properly.
At the moment my pedal feels incredibly wooden and the brakes are shocking to say the least (I can not even get the ABS to kick in :o)
Cheers
Ben

Cheers Gents for the help. I was hoping you would comment Nigel as I know you've investigated many different combinations.
Jef_Uk - Your post prompted me to go and have a look and I've just discovered my GTV hasn't got a rear compensator. I've just checked the workshop manual, apparently I've got EBD which does away with the need for mechanical compensators. Maybe the systems crap!
