nope - i'm ready - in fact i'm gagging to get there

we are ready,the coupes ready,the van is playing up.May have to drive the coupe there and sleep in a tent.Instead of the van.

2 thing, one good one bad has happened lately

Good: in my 1800 a few years ago, i had allways a wing mirror spider, i had my 20vt for 2 years and never had one, and now today a new spider found it's home in my mirror, gave it a welcome with a mosquito so it'll definatly stay

bad: a little screw made it's way into a tyre, but time enough to fix that before Spa

Im actually worried my car wont be ready for spa at all now.Arghhh

I maybe looking for a very cheap na in which to complete the journey to spa in.

Mayeven have to borrow the gf's stilo as a backup.

Everything is coming together with military position. Car is mechanically ready as it'll ever be.

If at the final hurdle my Coupe is unable to come, a back up (the Stilo!) will suffice!

That said, most eventualities are covered for and car is about 80% ready. Can sort the rest next weekend.

Food for thought, you might want some blind spot mirrors - might help increasing the field of vision you will have (bear in mind you're going to lose sight as it is with a helmet on). Mine are on order

back from Motormechs, new EBC yellow pads fitted front & rear, new rear discs, new braided flexi pipes all round, one new metal brake pipe (it was leaking ) and a transfusion of Castrol Super Dot 4 fluid.

The brakes are very responsive already & I have done naff all miles bedding-in.
