Excellent day, thanks for organising Paul New gazebo/event shelter seemed very good too and also impressed a few other people who came along and asked us about it. Was lovely to meet up with all the usual people and nice to meet some new ones too I saw a Sprinty coming towards me, out of Stockport, which wasn't at the meet and a black one in Stockport. Also had a play with a Porsche on the way home too. I thought it said GTO on the back, but realise now, it may have been a GT3? It's not like me to do that with other cars really, but I'd pulled out in front of him on the M56, not realising the speed he was doing and knew I was in his way, so put my foot down to get past the cars and out of his way. Anyway, won't mention the rest on here, due to the nature of events that took place but we were playing until I turned off for Wrexham. Was a good laugh and resulted in lots of thumbs up, waves, etc and he was also kind enough to warn me about some coppers sitting in a layby. What sort of bhp are the GT3's? He had loads of torque and power and was much faster than me

How weird, I had a play with a GT3 today on the way back from TOTB Well, I say play, it was more like cat and mouse (and I was the mouse) he wasn't even trying. They are about 400-odd BHP I think. One was running 12-sec quarter miles totally standard today. Sounds like you all had fun, no wonder there was only a few coopsters at Elvington
Coopless!

they have 381 bhp and 385nm of torque, 0-62 is 4.5 and top speed 190mph
All that said i still think only old and gay people drive these cars lol
( the figures are for the standard 911 gt3, not the rs version )

Well, me and fi are down in Bromyard and just checked in to our regular haunt. Spent the last couple of hours at Phil's where he gave the coop a good going over with his magic and she's come up a treat, hadn't been waxed since April prior to the Bristol meet. Phil, you might call it therapy, I call it a conscientious obsession, and you are a legend in your own right
A brilliant turnout and well worth the trip down, it's always great to meet new members and thanks for all the compliments, the hard work was worth it just for that.
Well done to steamer for making the epic journey, I'll see you in Edinburgh next weekend mate
This is how it should have come out of Torino!
