Has anyone actually fitted these discs? They are the cross drilled, probaby similar to the LE version.I have a vanilla 20vt coupe (98R reg) and am looking to upgrade to these. I have always had
the plain type

If so,can you suggest a good set of brake pads to go with. I was hoping to go with Pagid RS ceramics. Is there anything I should be aware of such as the likelihood of juddering as I bed the pads/discs in or start from cold.

I fitted the cross drilled LE discs at the last change, as plain ones weren't available at the time. Don't know which Pagid pads you're thinking of, but I'm using Pagid blues with them and they're fine. No different from the plain discs in use. Just bed in the pads as per the guides on here or from Pagid.

Wink, did you have cross drilled for the backs as well or were they plain. The backs are purely for handbrake I think so shouldn't really be that much of a performance issue.

Would you have the part number for the front dicsc you bought? Mine are after markets from brembo (FD.064.000). Just piece of mind really to determine if the parts are the same.

Thanks again.

Plain ones on the back. Sorry don't have part no. but any genuine Brembo discs are good. I've had 8 sets or more of front discs over the years & the Brembos plain or drilled have all been good.
