Couldn't help noticing a familiar looking coop parked up next to mine as i came out of tesco's the other night, and waiting patiently inside was the new owner Sean.

Turns out he was in Phil's (patch) dad's old car which i had seen down at Joe's earlier on in the year.

I was on my way to Edinburgh so didn't have much time to chat but hopefully we'll see each other around.

He's been slowly getting to grips with the forum and reading up on all the helpful info so hopefully will soon be posting on here soon.
I think i managed to convince him we're a friendly bunch

Ps as there is 3" of snow in Carlisle atm wd40 your locks,keep her fueled up(filler cap freezes shut) and leave the handbrake off( it freezes on) oh an check your oil......

Hello to all and thank you for the warm welcome
Have been meaning to make a first post for a while and introduce myself(note to self,don't be so lazy!)

I bought my 20vt back in july from Phil(patch)it was his dads car-hi phil,hope your enjoying your adventures in azerbaijan Apart from a moment of complete panic when the boost hose blew off just before the motoway(thanks for coming to my rescue phil!) she's ran perfectly ever since,until the hose of death splitting when she was having her emissions test at mot time last month-lucky!

Couldn't help noticing a beautiful red coupe in tesco's car park last week. Curiosity got the better of me,and i decided to wait and see whose it was. Hi rob40,that's lovely 2.4 coop,and the engine bay,my god that was shiny! lol

Plans for the future include sorting the bodywork out a bit,and a flea re-map that's about it,just enjoy the car until i can afford a nice plus!
