Arrived today my long dreamed GT28RS.

Have Gtec already running at 1.2, 64mm exhaust pipe. Planning downpipe, decat and exhaust as wide as possible, walbro with pump mod already done, OE injectors, custom made alloy FMIC(600x300mm) with in-out exits located same side to be made soon, SIP, FPR at 3.8, water/meth injection already tested and ready for permanent install, 2 polyurethane bushes for upper engine mount, and 3 polyur's for rear, right and left engine mounts ready for install. Don't care if engine vibrations will be huge because of poly's.
Is there anything i miss?
What boost can i afford? - All stock internals. I'm planning to buy cyl head from 2.0 NA,ported and serviced in few months.
Not too close to Flea for proper remap, but i was lucky to buy Coupe serviced at PowerItalia, or at least seller told me so.
Any advices accepted.

You can use the search! For example, this topic is suitable for start! I guess you know it will be necessary to change the clutch? I will be happy to finally have Coupé with greater power in my country!

this turbo is for 360 you buy a lag. Here i do not know a man who ca do it on stock ECU. I like this turbo do not understand me wrong i wil be glad to see somebody do remap in Bulgaria i wiil go too.

Bought car already chipped. Boost was set to 1.1, seller stated in his eBay advert that it has Gtec chip, not mention 1 or 2 stage. Boost gauge fitted, peak 1.5, hold 1.1 - 1.2.....have wideband Innovate LC1 sensor and gauge, and afr seems to be perfect at 11.4 - 11.9 when boosted. All this with standard turbo.

Keep the boost at around 1.3bar. That's what I run on my GT28RS and with stock internals, it produces over 340bhp.

Anymore boost than that, you risk damaging your engine.

And what do you all thing about this so called "Light Weight Undersize Crank Pulley" - have one made by myself on my Alfa 156, exact replica of the original, but with smaller ID and 1kg lighter. Made from alloy and balanced. Drives perfect almost 2 years.

I'm eager to try and made one for 20VT. Have no aircon, so both aux belt pulleys for generator and steering pump can be replaced with lighter ones too.....

I made one for me, but I have not tested yet (I do not have time to assemble the engine frown )
