Just wondering if anyone on the forum seen or inspected the car before? Im a bit to far away to check it myself. Its looks like its going to be a bargain?

It's a nice car with loads of goodies.
I would be a bit concerned about the 2 big dents in the roof (surely a write off if that was accident damage?) and the fact it is quoted as 2 bar oil pressure when hot, when in fact it is showin 1.6 bar when warm?

Still a nice car though.

Edited to say the quote is 2 bar on idle when cold?

my previous coop had a dent in the roof, non accident damage - pulled out easily for £100 iirc. that car is worth a bit broken, and looks a bargain for that money

i know the bloke, went to see the car on thursday, he has told me what he wants for it but i dont want to pay to much...how much is it worth?

hard to say without a full inspection and test drive, but i wouldn't be paying more than £2k

it sounds a abit of a shed, maybe 2k is too much!!! to be honest if he's prepared to put it for sale in that condition, and let people see/hear it, then i do wonder what care has been taken of it....i'd walk away personally, there are better examples to be had on here generally, and i'd be ringing the specialists and get my name on their lists to see what they get/have got

Humm reading the piston heads ad and it sounds like the dents above windscreen is on both sides strange! Surely if it was from a smash it would have either been fixed or wrote off but how strange. It would put me right off that on 2nd thoughts forget my comment above.

Bonnet came up while driving, hence the dents.

Ahh ok revert back to good buy to freshen up.

Hard to say without seeing or driving it but if alls good and you fancy tidying it up body wise! If it has a good forged engine and good spec turbo with supporting mods in place. Take it flea's get a map and sort the cosmetics and your there.

Ive been to see it and had a drive in it.

make sure it is forged....

If it aint forged forget it and check paperwork and receipts for that.
