It's probably a bit late for you, but if you can get a refund try HIDS-Direct, they sent me out a new ballast without any hassle when one failed at 18 months old. They do take a while to answer the phone though.

to be honest i'm going to just buy another set. i feel as though i've completely wasted 60 quid with that other company, they are useless.

The 4300K colour looks best. I have the earlier 35W version. Try and get the 55W as many over here say it make a big difference over the earlier ones.

nope. just paid via visa on their website. however i'm going to go speak to my bank but i'm unsure how to approach the situation.
