Conrod No 5 decided to leave the engine.

Joe from country cruising has picked my car up today and taken it off for a more detailed autopsy. Thanks Joe.
I have now got a new set of accralite pistons along with Farndon rods so she will be bullet proof now so things are progressing...

Bit of an update. The new engine is going back together soon so should be all up and running in the next 2 weeks. Fully forged. Yes Flea it just had the pistons before but will now be everything. I will be down in the next couple of months to get my helmet... Big thanks to Joe for doing this.

Either rebuild or drop in a re-cond engine, she is too good to be dismantled!

Saw her yesterday at the doctors and prognosis is looking good Stevo.

Head 'n' rocker was on and Joe was doin' the coil packs.
Not running when I left 'bout 1-ish ..

Oh it must be close then..... I hope it started for him! I will have to get my grp bonnet painted soon then!

All i will say ...it was started..new engine is at about 3.58bhp until run in.. nothing to worry about..in good hands
