you can get a new gizmo ms-ibc boost controller for around £200, i have one of these on my car and the boost control is superb, no overboosting or spiking and holds the desired boost perfectly
really easy to set up, literally took 10mins to get the desired boost levels once installed, a few folk have these on there coupe's, as a relatively cheap ebc i would say its excellent value for money

Looks the similar but cheaper. Missing the boost gauge though, and the boost piping?

On whim they instantly declined my offer of £75. Worth a try!
Let us know what they say Pinin. It should be fairly easy to get 10 people together for a GB.

Really, what's wrong with the supremely complete OE control? In fact, a boost control which keeps the boost exactly and linear is per definition not taking in enough data into account.. (which the OE Bosch does). My 5 cents!

i think Per is referring to the boost spike, which is in fact taking the engines characteristics into account far more than a simple linear boost level.
