Did you unzip it? I'm not sure how Sugerbear packaged it but if you get it from my page http://www.nailed-barnacle.co.uk/coupe/startrek/startrek.html you'll get a zipped file 'startrek_bosch_M2_10_4.v1.zip' which contains the source code and a compiled executable 'startrek_bosch_M2_10_4.exe' Your OS may be set to hide extensions. Could be you're trying to execute the source code? That's not going to work...
