Marcouzze has been looking at an evening meal together on Saturday at La Source Hotel where some participants are staying.
This would be open to everybody no matter where they are staying.

Of course all of the group should choose the same menu.

Marcouzze suggests we go for the buffet as the best deal for the price, and we need to settle on one of the choices.

The buffet is favorite for the French participants.

Would rather find somewhere for a big fat juicy steak and a few beers, like we did last year

Last year, many people did not eat properly because if you do not book in advance and you are a group of 20, nobody will take you on a Saturday night.

I propose a hotel,that you not agree, I suggest a meal that you agree not so.

It's okay at least I tried to make a French club side action.

I certainly appreciate the effort you have made and the hours you have spent trying to find accomodation and food for 80 plus people during a public holiday in Belgium.

I opted out of your proposed hotel, because I could not afford it.
I opted out of your meal suggestion because it's not really what I would like.

due to budgetary issues this year i have to be more careful than i would like. ordinarily i love the group stuff and this meal idea is great so thanks to Marcouzze and Pete for arranging this - however this year i will make my own arrangements and will definitely be seeking a cheaper option.
