I'm either going for: 3G 10 Grooved (which I've got on at the moment) or http://www.mtecbrakes.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=5 (the grooved ones) Can anyone please let me know which ones are better? charlie_croker I need some sleep Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 2,617 SE Essex	I have never had the 3G 10s but hear they are very good. However i have been so impressed with the M-Tec discs that I bought a set for rear of my VIS, all round on my 20VT6 and Focus. Great discs for a great price. Happy

Paul_H Unregistered P	there has been lots of positive comments about the MTec discs, given the stupidly low price of them I think its a no brainer, which is why I'll be getting a full set in the near future
