My wife accidentally went off with my key fob this morning, so now when I open the door with a spare key the lights start flashing. Without getting down and dirty is there any way of stopping them, so that I can drive around without attracting the police?

If there is a fuse I can remove, or similar, please PM me.

You need to disbale the alarm, or remove the hazard flasher relay.

I don't think it will work just by removing the fuse as when the alarm goes off the hazards are powered by the alarm and not via the hazard light switch and fuse.

Thanks.

Could you possibly direct me to the relay?

How do you remove the side panel at the driver's end of the fascia plastic? It's clipped in but I can't see how to release it without breaking the panel.
