Does an 1998 LE have a Meta M99T or M99T2 alarm? #1193036

My alarm went mental last night and had to disconnect the battery in the end to shut it up. Spoke to Abacus today and they reckon the siren is knackered. He asked which model alarm I have. I won't get back from work until late so wont be able to check and would like to order the new siren today. Does anyone know with certainty (LE owners?), it's a 98 LE.

Thanks

It does not matter. They are both rubbish and not worth spending any money on. Just remove the siren unit in dispose of in a responsible manner!

I'm pretty sure the siren in mine was the 11a so I think that makes it the 99T.

I've been meaning to replace mine just not got round to it yet....

Solution: knacker the siren (itself) even more so it stays silent. Not that the alarm does anything else anymore then. Apart from the handy feature or central locking.
