You cant do a drawing as no 2 bars are bent the same such is the rubbish quality of the item. The simplest and strongest thing you can do is, fold 2 thin sections on the steel at 45deg then 90 then 45 the other way to make a vee shape and put 2 holes in them at the end __/\__ for the section closest to the frame, then get some 1/4 or 3/8 plate steel cut to size, drill, then bolt to the assembly with 12.9 grade cap head screws must use double washers as the head surface area is less than a hex (all cap heads tend to be 12.9 grade unless stainless), thats the easiest option, but seriously being infront of the car and getting on with it is the only way.

I've shown this pic loads of times but I made these by hand out of a chunk of ally and the bits I described above -

KTM, if you can, why not get some sheet metal and adjust it to size as Rich said...

see this link http://thumbsnap.com/f/pb9Kt9nj

you could bend metal to shape, the drill the bolt holes in!!

does not look to hard!!

I had my Grey Moon Plus modifications done by Jason at Super7 Autos, next door to Balance Motorsport.

We went for the 22mm diameter RARB in the end because there was no obvious bracket for the 24mm. In discussions between Jason and Balance it was suggested that a billet of aluminium drilled out to 24mm with drilled for mounting holes each side and then cut in half would be the way to go. Sounds simple but we didn't do it and Balance hadn't heard of anyone else either!

I know that Super7autos and Balance help each other out regularly so maybe Jason could help? I am extremely happy with the standard of Jason's work (Ex Alfa and Fiat man and a dab hand at all tuning, and bodywork) and would recommend him anyday. enquiries@super7autos.co.uk if you want to conact him.
Good Luck

It would be better (for the sake of absolute accuracy) if you had 2 pieces of billet, clamp them together, drill out the centre bore of 24mm and then drilled out the mount holes.

Problem is Chris, that would give you symmentrical clamps, and few of the bars sit symmetrically in the clamp position, on side did for me the other passes through at about a 75deg angle, meaning one clamp was made with an angled cut out off set to one side.

Both of my brackets had to be made with angled cut outs.

ok now ..my poor attempts at finding a solution must have spurred him on and he is now doing them himself..

As said above the Whiteline ARB is of varied quality, even my 22mm needed new brackets to sit tight. I made them like this:
