Nismo and myself are in the process of fitting my hoses.... Has anyone fitted these before? I cant seem to work out which go where... the long one is wayyy too big for the front however the short ones seem to have the wrong connectors? If you have the short ones at the back they dont appear to be long enough.... CONFUSED! Any help would be greatly appriciated Mario

The long ones in the picture have the rubber mount for the metal bracket on the original flexi hoses it would appear. The short ones look like they will fit between the caliper and that long one. (tbh its been a while since i've seen the stnd setup)

Long ones are for the front and if they look too long they'll be designed to replace the hard pipe to the caliper as well.
Rears have two, one into caliper and one to handle the step between body and rear trailing arm.

Did you not prep them with plus gas before attempting to change them?

I've not been here long and am not the most perceptive of people, but even I've picked up that you've got the opposite of the midas touch with these things!

Mine are from suba's (?) original group buy, dunno if the HEL lines were copied fom that, but mine have the 90° bend at the caliper end and I would think they need that otherwise on full lock where the front of the wheel points inwards, the hose might foul something? PS: Mario, can't see your pic?

Mine had the curve. Might be worth raising it with the supplier. I was surprised the flexible hose wasn't a straight replacement but instead went all the way to the calliper. I wasn't entirely happy about that given the extra freedom for the hose to wander.

Just spoken to a few people and the kits sometimes come with the bend and sometimes come without. Its not essential, however you can purchase the bend if you want.

Thanks for clearing it up. Odd to me they didn't just stick to the original design.
