AndyEssex Unregistered A	Does anyone have any close hand experience about the Smartboxes being offered as part of Co-Op young drivers insurance policies. I realise no -one will have one in a coupe, my god. Seems some insurers are now introducing them - http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2011/apr/23/car-insurance-smartbox-young-drivers My sons 17, quoted £1100 with co-op plus smartbox whilst £1500 without on a Corsa 1.0 12v ! But then the Smartbox might be a nightmare either to comply with the rules (e.g. will you be driving after 11pm, do you occasionally go over the speed limit) or premium adjustments if my lads naughty whilst driving !

AndyEssex Unregistered A	try confused.com comparision. We've found this one comes up with 2nd best quote, about £1500, Express Insurance, with no smartbox. Last edited by AndyEssex; 08/05/2011 23:38.
