looks alright, cost you another 600plus to put right, unless you fit new turbo yourself to save on labour. check it has FSH and nothing else its going to need.

Looks a solid buy to me, genuine seller with 100% feedback on 50+ items, low miles, if it's "only" the turbo that is.
