I'm getting the tunnel, but am stopping over in Ashford the night before.

There isn't really a meet up thread.

People are meeting at Ashford or seem to be making their own way to the tunnel, where we all see each other then (well, that's how it was last year, but was a ferry last year).

Ah ok, so when is everyone getting to France then?

Im on the 7am ferry Friday, should be in France by 8-9am

I'm on the 7.50 Eurotunnel crossing, will be in Calais in 35 minutes from then, plus the hour time zone. Think this crossing will be the coop special

Quite a few of us are getting the 07.50 Euro tunnel and it says arrival time at Calais is 9.25, so am assuming the arrival time accounts for the hour difference.

You should get there around a similar time to us Matt, give or take half an hour.

For those that dont know.The ferry terminal is a good 5 miles away from the tunnel terminal. So if you want to convoy together i would suggest some phone numbers get swapped etc.

Problem is trying to relay the message on though

If for example shiny rang me and said to be at ? at say 10am, then the problem would be that everyones sat navs aren't set for ? so we'd get lost and then I'd have to ring everyone else in the convoy to pass the message on.
