I am researching changing the bushes on the front end of my LE. Will PU bushes make the ride harsher and spine jarring on rough roads or will NEW rubber bushes still give sharp turn-ins with a softer ride? Anyone able to comment on the pro's and cons of each? Cheers

standard kit. All fitted before I took ownership (like the days before ownership ) Handles well, sharpish turn-in. Not as good as coilovers or that, but you don't have the skipping that they do either. Ross

Ross has "discussed" his new standard setup with me on countless occasions since he returned to the fold. Considering the "non-standard" setup of his previous coop, I think he's in a good position to give an objective viewpoint of both options.
I'm now at the point of gathering bits to refresh my own setup and am looking into Polybush's "Comfort Range" which claims;
"Superb ride quality and beautiful manners on and off road. Polybushes most compliant grade provides excellent longevity and greater shock absorption with a factory fresh feel."
Not sure if they cover the Coupé though.

All of my cars(daily, track or entertainment ones) is polyurethaned as much as possible - i like my car to be more direct and stable under turn in and out.....in few days we will install 4 poly bushes on my Coup's rear subframe and hopefully will be able to make pictures of entire process, maybe it will be interesting.
