Please ensure that there is some identifying name on the payment reference you have on your bank transfer.
We cannot tell who has paid the money from a string of numbers on the bank statement.

Yeah I noticed this recently as well. Most banks allow you to send the payment with a reference, but some even allow you to change the identifier reference also, which causes no issues if they change that to the reference by accident!!  Ross
