Don't know why, but the above photo has a strange, but really sad look to it It's as if the car has felt it's done it's job, relaxed, taken it's last breath against the tree and died (which it has in a way, but the photo shows it). Again, probably just me looking at things in the strange way I do It really does have sad look and feel to that particular photo though - the others just look like normal crash photos. i can see where your coming from T and it does sadden the heart to look at it that way

As much as we all love these cars, the pictures bring home the fact that they are just lumps of metal at the end of the day, albeit quite tough old birds by the looks of things and the important thing is that you are both OK and not seriously hurt. yes the coupes are just lumps of metal but all the coupes have there little quirks and the fact there arnt many good ones left makes it worse. the fact i have only ever found 2 sprint blue VIS's and one of them was mine anyway makes it worse because i can just go and buy a replacement

very lucky to be honest and the fact i wasnt going fast is even luckier because it could of been so much worse
