I just fitted a Vibe Blackair V12 active sub in my car, and I am very impressed. I've been looking at active subs for a while now and couldn't decide on what I wanted. The Vibe stuff looked the best and all the reviews were good, so I thought I'd buy one and see what it was like.

I had a twin 12" Fli sub box in my old Type R and this kicks it's arse!

I would whole heartedly recommend this to anyone wanting to fit a sub.

WOW the Vibe stuff has changed since I bought my 2 10" enclosure

which is sitting in lockup in the UK !!!!!!! (- bloody thing was too big to even get into the coupe) lol

hence the reason its in England still.

how does that little enclosure fit in (fair bit of wiggling) or no hastle (and where exactly did you mount it ?

It just slides in the boot without any hassle. It does take up a bit of space though, which is not ideal, but I can't live without nice sound in my cars!

I can tell you one thing, these Vibe subs are worth the money. Very affordable for the sound they produce.

But how will you actually hear what it sounds like on a video? lol

I realize you're only in Reading... why have you never been to any of the meets?
