.... according to my physiotherapist.

Almost finished my treatment since the crash 4 months ago but found some underlying problems also.

Firstly there's a lot of muscle tension due to stress from work in my back

And secondly he came to check my car seat and because I have a sunroof, and i'm 6 foot i have the seat back a bit. This is causing a lot more problems.

Seat up right and i'm touching the roof... He said "Time for a new car, but i dont think thats going to happen"

I think the look I gave him says it all laugh

Anyone else had any problems?

I'm ok. I have two duff discs in my lower back but this means I can't sit upright, it kills me. I have my seat so far back it's like being in the dentists chair. laugh

That's the best excuse I've seen from an 'oldie' who's pretending he has a valid reason to drive around town like a young racer tongue laugh

Personally, to help ease my back, I have the seat pretty much as upright as it'll go.

I did all right for the first ten or eleven years, but after I broke my back I find a couple of hours is enough to cripple me. A thin cushion right at the base of the spine does the trick.

After the offer of 2nd hand recaros which have amazing support, also getting the accelerator pedal bent down it's pretty comfy smile
having said that I'm more like 5'10"

I'm 6ft too and depending on what my haircut is at the time determine
How far I recline the seat.

I can't remember whose car it was, but he had the seats lowered.

I have Plus recaros and a sunroof, and find the seating position very high in my coupe. Is it possible to lower the seats at all?
