If this happened a couple of years back I would have been all for it but as it is my Coupé is sitting at 148K and is running fine with the original un-broken engine and good oil pressure (2-2.5 Bar at hot idle)so I don't really want to mess with it much more as it's my daily driver.

I was starting to get excited about it after Sparky's enthusiastic phone call but after thinking about it more I don't want to tempt fate,i'll maybe just wait till my next Coop .

5. THE_G - at present, straight exhaust , decat, chip ( of unknown origin!) k&n filter -coming soon ..... cr turbos stage 2 , fmic , sip , new chip , ebv uprated fuel pump and direct wiring
6. Skipper69 - GT3071R, 2.75" 100-cell BlueFlame turbo-back, SIP, FMIC, 3.8 bar FPR, NGK 7's, Walbro + direct feed, currently GTEC 2 HF, but needing full remap

Skipper get in touch with lieghton at fc performance,as he will do to you what he is doing with me...change of injectors and he will send a map, then we do power run at Wallace, then details to Leighton then he can adjust and give us a great map,.so on the day he can tweak it rather than spend all day on one car..

That was really a head scratching incident. Can't be compared with sparky's though. He used black magic... sacrificial chickens were involved.

I am currently talking to Zonta about some tuning ahead of time and hopefully Skipper too as this will speed up the process once I am there.
