Guilty or Innocent?
Either way, which way will the verdict go?

You know, I deliberately refrained from adding.... Would you? to the question list. It's been 4 years and she can speak fluent Italian as well. Give me a bounty bar and a run up and I'd do very rude things to her!!!

What irritates me is the predictable bias in media coverage. Two of them are accused, two of them convicted, but only Knox gets any coverage.

Confused... 4 people in a house 1 ends up dead... Fairly sure you would notice something going down if you were just there as a coincidence... If you were "innocent" you would intervene even if that was phoning the rozas as it went down. Accomplice during or after? Ignored most of the media coverage just remember the police vans out side the house share. When was it reported?

Police say Knox has told them that she covered her ears as Miss Kercher screamed in her bedroom, but also that the American student keeps changing her story. Days later, the three suspects are remanded in custody for up to a year by a judge. They deny any involvement in the killing.

Despite her story changing, or his, or any other variances here, the fact remains as thus - a court of their peers has deemed them to be innocent of the crime they were accused of.
So, thats the ruling we must accept.
Exactly in the same way as if you or I were in the dock, guilty or not, if the court says innocent, you are innocent.
The other chap has appealed and lost, so we can only assume HE is the guilty party here.
Remains to be seen if there really was a third party(s) involved or not.
What really happened that night, I doubt we will ever know.

Meridith was a friend of a friend she only lived down the road from me, can only hope justice is done.
Amanda was released and probably shouldnt have stood trial according to some of the experts that have analysed the evidence.
+2 to shiney shoes - we'll probably never know what happened that night.

Here we go again........ I did watch that programme the other night looking at the 'evidence.' Almost unbelievable that the cut Bra strap with DNA was submitted as evidence when there is a film of the Police forensics team dropping the strap on the floor..... The film did manage to completely miss some of the other evidence though..... I'm still unsure. I think Knox has herself to blame for coming under scrutiny for the way she reacted in light of the crime. Similar to Joanna Lees and the Outback Falconio murder - an attractive woman the press focused on (probably because of) who did not react normally to a supposed close friend being murdered - for whatever reason.......
