Really a very good performance :-)
Congratulation!
It sounds like a 600cc or 750cc engine of the bike?!
What K8-model was it, please?!
To internal diameter: bigger does not mean better in every respect.
Bigger diameter means higher top end power by loosing response in lower revs.
At >600HP I would recommend 36mm inner diameter - maximum in my eyes is 38mm inner diameter - but then you will loose already some torque in lower revs.

sorry moderator frown

hi Juergen,
many thanks smile
is Suzuki k8 600cc year 2009 but is not stock!
about manifold,I just want to reach 600hp, has always been what I wanted, and so I think that should get 36mm internal!
when I get to 600hp, I will not change anything, because it is a lot of power smile

cheers

Carlos

Hi Carlos,
what power does your car produce now?! I think that you already are in the 500HP area, aren't you?!
You have the GT3582 installed, havent't you?!
Ciao

Hi Juergen,
yes is true,in the dyno my car made 472hp and 602nm of torque!1.4 peak and 1.3 stable, but after the dyno, then worked up the road awhile, and he was much better and the same pressure smile
for now I think it has maximum 480hp,and is very fast smile

yes I have gt3582r and a/r 82,I really enjoyed this turbo, because 4000rpm I have 0.9bar,and 4700rpm I have 1.4,and in the graph of the dyno,I have full boost and full power at 5000rpm smile

Cheers

Carlos
