The previous owner of my car had stuck a couple of rockford fosgate 120a's in the boot and a bass bin which took up loads of room so i stuck it in the side of the boot on the passenger side. The guy who originally did this had a how to guide but i'm guessing thats gone.
Anyway this is what I ended up with pics from the phone so quality isn't good.

I am going for the very best...

For xmas I got: Hifonics Atlas Compo set...
http://www.maxxsonics.com/hifonics/images/speaker_atlascollage.gif

125 RMS/ 250 MAX
Mounting dept: 2.99"
Size: 6.5"
So I hope it fits...

Getting:
Atlas Sub
http://www.maxxsonics.com/hifonics/images/atlassubs_round.gif
600 RMS/ 1200 MAX

Amp: ZX 5.1 5 x 65 + 1 x 300 -Watts RMS @ 2-Ohm

The Hifonics Zeus ZX 5.1 Mobile Video Amplifier revolutionizes the way you listen to, and watch, entertainment in your vehicle. Hifonics has worked hand in hand with today’s best signal processor developers to provide cinema accuracy and detail with the heart of Hifonics’ legendary amplification circuitry.

The ZX 5.1 offers a total of six-channels of amplification, 5-channels producing 65- WRMS @ 2-Ohms of real power for Front Left and Right channels, Rear Left and Right channels, a Center channel plus the sixth channel, a 300-Watt subwoofer channel.

The ZX 5.1 offers HRTS™ Hifonics Road Theater System with Dolby Digital™. Bring the magic of Dolby and DTS encoded sources to your vehicle and discover a new realism in music and video with HRTS Hifonics Road Theater System. Hifonics has created the ultimate listening experience and provides a new soundstage and clarity like you have never experienced before. The on-board signal processing is the first of its kind! Unlike any amplifier on the market today, you simply hook up your DVD source to the amplifier to experience DTS or Dolby Digital without the need for an external processor.

And I already got: JVC KD-DV5101, which plays DVD's...

When it's ready, I'll show you lot! :-)

For the amp this :
Orion 7005 Amplifier

And 2 x 10" subs in the side:

@MissCoupe - For a medium class or so I think your setup is ok.

In the sides of what? I doubt that they'll fit in the rear interior side panels without cutting metal .

I suspect that they won't , but it does depend on the exact shape of the magnet. You'll probably need to make a spacer to go between the door mounting hole and the speaker to pull the woofers forward or they may hit the electric window.

Remember to have the windows down when you fit them!

I already thought so... But thx for you advice.
How do I get in hold of those spacers?
My Bf was planning to get them in, but if it's really impossible the company where they are bought, can also get them in.

Set up is ok, I think that the are more then ok!
There's not to many speakers arround that play 125 RMS.
And for a sub I dont want a really heavy one. Think this one will do for me...

2 Roger: Why cant you imagine?

4x 6.5'' MDS speakers 260WRMS each
2 new mds tweeters in the front. mounted just
as the original
http://www.lunarstorm.se/TurboNimitz/kollage/61

and two amps in the back. acutally they are

The subs will be installed in the TRUNK , one on each side , there where the coop has the side pockets.
I can NEVER fit the subs inside the car in the back panels

Remember the petrol filler pipe restricts the space on the right side. Left side is just big enough. When you make the enclosures don't forget about the boot hinges either.
