He's selling something on the internet, with an attitude. He's actually encouraging people to wind him up, rather than being friendly and providing the information that people ask. There is several people on here that would buy another coupe if it was the right one (and some already have ) so stating that you are not wanting to deal with FCCUK, is a complete joke.

The only reason for an attitude like that, is if you are selling a substandard product. A good product sells itself.

He's already had someone this Sunday from leistershire who aranged to view the car at 9pm and didn't even show up or call to say they couldn't make it, I wonder who that could be????

If we all went on the advice off the net then I'd be driving a silver prius, be up to the neck in apple products and shopping in aidi's, if you can't be bothered to go and view a car, take it for a test drive and ask all your questions on the day then your wasting your time when there is no interested in buying a L.E in the first place.

But if you can't ask questions before you go and view it how do you know the buyer isn't wasting their time?

No it's no longer my le as I now have a E46 instead, and I don't really need two couples as I didn't expect to buy my porto and the funds that were there to 2.4 the le are now going on the Porto instead

Coupe_manic all the people are trying to say on here is you should be able to ask questions first before going to have a look because there could be hidden history which the forum may know about.

if somebody asks a simply question like what number the LE is then whats the harm in answering. Like when i was looking for my Le I was aiming for a number under the 200 mark and i ended up with 53 which was just what i was after.

so who ever the guy is id suggest having a rethink about his attitude and advert.

Well what I will say is my old le is listed unknown owner and who ever desides to buy it can add it to the register themselves, personaly I'd reather have it unknown and I'm not the only le owner "or was" to like this exclusivity point, but anyway keep bantering away

I think when so many people are saying virtually the same thing, surely there must be something in that message to take on board.
I almost see it as positive criticism, but you and this other guy are sounding pretty rude and defensive.

Whoever's car it is, surely it's their business how they choose to sell it and market it? Sure the advert is harsh towards the forum but maybe he's had bad experiences on here? Free world and all that, means criticism is allowed and won't always be taken as positive even if that's how it's meant.
